1. Your Right to Deletion
You have the right to request the deletion of any personal data that ExamPro stores about you. This page explains exactly what we delete, how to request it, and how long it takes.
2. What Personal Data We Store
The personally identifiable information (PII) we store is limited to:
- Your phone number (used for sign-in via OTP)
- Your name (if you provided one in your profile)
All of the above will be deleted from our systems when you submit a deletion request.
3. How to Request Deletion
To request deletion of your data, send an email to our support address from the contact method you used to sign up (or include your registered phone number in the email so we can verify the request).
Please include your registered phone number in the email body so we can locate and verify your account.
4. What Happens Next
- We will delete all personally identifiable data (your phone number and name) within 7 days of receiving your request.
- You will receive a confirmation email from us once the deletion is complete.
- After deletion, you will no longer be able to sign in using the same phone number — a new account will be created if you sign up again later.
5. Data Retained After Deletion
After deletion, we may retain anonymised, aggregated usage data (for example, exam attempt statistics that are no longer linked to you) for analytics and product improvement. This data cannot be used to identify you.
