Refund Policy

1. Nature of Service and Applicability

This policy applies to the fees paid for the ExamPro SaaS platform access and services. ExamPro provides a license to use digital software and technology services, not physical goods.

This policy should be read together with our Terms of Service.

2. General Refund Policy

Due to the digital and non-returnable nature of software access and subscription-based services, fees paid for the ExamPro platform are generally **non-refundable**. Once the license has been granted and access to the Platform (including exam, reports and premium content) has been provided, the service is considered used. Fees covering past billing periods or partially used subscription terms will not be refunded.
Any refund for failed or duplicate payments will be returned via the same mode of payment to the original account within 10 to 15 days of confirmation.

• All fees paid for premium content are non-refundable
• Payments are charged on a one time basis per paper
• We do not provide refunds for partially used or unused content
• We do not provide refunds for change of mind after purchase

3. Cancellation Policy

A purchase once made is not cancellable.

• Upto 40% of tests are available free of charge to all registered users
• Review the content, format, and features of the free tests to confirm they meet your needs before purchasing premium content

4. Failed or Duplicate Payments

If you were charged but did not receive access to the content you paid for, or if you were charged more than once for the same purchase due to a technical or payment-gateway error, please contact us with your payment details at admin@exam-pro.in. We will investigate and, where a genuine erroneous or duplicate charge is confirmed, reverse the incorrect amount.

5. Pricing Changes

We reserve the right to modify pricing for premium content with reasonable notice. Any change in pricing does not entitle you to a refund on content already purchased.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

7. Returns and Shipping

As ExamPro sells digital licenses and provides services, there are no physical products to be returned, and therefore, this policy contains no clauses regarding physical returns, shipping costs, or product damages.
